CANCELLATION POLICY

As a small business we hope you understand the impact of cancelling or at the last minute not turning up at all. Also, if you are more than 15 minutes late arriving, because of the 'knock on' effect and disruption to other customers, we will not be able to start your appointment.

We understand that it is not always possible to attend the scheduled appointment, but please let us know as soon as possible by calling the salon you were booked in at:

If you fail to attend, forget your appointment, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge you the full booking price.
